We understand you don't want to wait around for delivery so fast despatch is our top priority.

Order by 1pm Monday to Friday for same day despatch (excluding bank holidays).

How much is delivery to your address?

UK Customers

Your delivery cost will be calculated by the total weight of the items in your basket and your delivery postcode.   

Our full product range is available for shipment to the whole of the UK (see below) and a range of European countries. You can choose from 2nd class, 1st class mail or fast courier delivery (next working day if ordered by 1pm) at checkout.  All of our delivery services are tracked, including Royal Mail.  We recommend choosing a courier delivery if you have an urgent deadline - DPD is our top notch guaranteed overnight service. Bear in mind to UK Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland, DPD delivery can take 2 days.

Unless you choose Saturday delivery, you should expect your parcel to arrive Monday to Friday on all services - these are 'working days' when calculating delivery estimates.  There are no order despatches or deliveries on UK bank holidays. 

Please allow more time for delivery during peak times like the Christmas period.   We are not liable for any financial losses due to a delivery company taking longer than expected.

Overseas Shipping

Choose your country at checkout to see your international delivery cost.  It will be calculated on your location and the weight of your shopping.  Delivery is normally around 1 week.

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE THE UK YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING ANY IMPORT CUSTOMS CHARGES. THESE CAN INCLUDE CUSTOMS CLEARANCE CHARGES, IMPORT VAT AND IMPORT DUTY / TAXES. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR SUCH CHARGES BY THE RELEVANT COURIER AT POINT OF IMPORT AND SUCH CHARGES WILL NEED TO BE PAID IMMEDIATELY TO ENABLE ONWARDS DELIVERY OF YOUR CONSIGNMENT.

Prices 

All product prices are in £ sterling and include UK VAT at the appropriate rate.  Prices are valid for the duration of the time that they are displayed on the webshop and promotional discounts may be limited to stock availability on an item. Coupons or discount codes are valid for a fixed period of time which is stated at the point that they are issued. If a discounted item is returned for a refund, it will be processed at the original price charged on the customer's invoice at the time of purchase.

Payment

Secure checkout allows you to pay using any credit or debit card or you can choose Paypal if you hold a Paypal account.  If you are a school, college or business and want to pay by bank transfer (BACS) you can choose that item at checkout. Please email us to check the correct bank details to complete your payment.  customerservice@craftmill.co.uk

Important information regarding non-delivery surcharges 

In the event of attempted delivery of an item by Royal Mail or courier, a calling card with be posted through the letterbox of your home if you are not in. It is your responsibility as the customer to make contact with the telephone number provided on this card to rearrange your delivery within the time stated on the calling card. Contact must be made at the earliest opportunity to avoid the parcel being returned to us unclaimed as this may result in redelivery charges being applied to your order.

Returns

Please return any unwanted goods within 14 days of receiving your order.   If you have changed your mind about your purchase, please post back to Craftmill Ltd, Unit 8 Chichester Road, Romiley, SK6 4BL.  Enclose your original paperwork, marking the items you have returned and note a reason for the return on the paperwork.  Please send back by standard mail and keep a proof of posting. You will be responsible for return postage costs.  If your order has arrived defective or damaged, please get in touch before returning the goods  for assistance email customerservice@craftmill.co.uk
