The wooden heart plaque comes with a flatpack shelf which slots into place on the plaque.
The shelf contains a slot for the glass tealight holder to fit securely inside.
Ready to use - varnish or decorate with paint, mosaics, decoupage, engraving and more!
Comes complete with assembly screws for fixing the shelf to the plaque.
Metal hook fixtures fitted on rear for ease of hanging securely.
